Welcome to Ashborne

The glow of magma bouncing off the constant overcast of smoke and soot bathes the entire region in an endless twilight.

The settlement was recently ~~destroyed by authorities because it housed a cult~~ abandoned, and even more recently repopulated by opportunists.

Ostensibly the land now belongs to Faire by proxy of Rhys and is in the process of becoming a waypoint/rest area for Faire's mercenery peers ~~but also the stragglers of that cult keep popping up now that the coast is clear.~~
