SOUTHERN SKYWAY
RESPITE AND TRADE STATION

Welcome to the Southern Skyway [Respite and Trade Station]

As we all know, the Southern Icefields sits at the base of the world with no neighbouring countries. A sea isolates the land, and a channel of water separates the Icefields from the south side of the mainland. Most dragons who visit the Icefields must pass over this channel.

They leave from the Ashfall Waste or Windswept Plateau; their journey is not short. They are weary as they reach the icy cliffs of the Icefield. Looking down from the sky, they see a protected mountain canyon with a few sparse trees... and... a boardwalk covered in ice? One of these wooden cliff-side paths leads to a beautifully carved cave entrance halfway up the mountain. A sign above the entrance reads: Welcome to the Southern Skyway [Respite and Trade Station]
