No worries! As long as you can give a reasonable explanation as to why your dragon joins whichever faction, it doesn't need to be fully written out as long as I'm sure you've put thought into making them fit into the lore. Dm me if you have questions!

We're wholly lore based, so joining requirements are based on whether you can explain to us why, how your dragon joined, etc etc. Give us lore to tie your dragon into the universe, have it make sense, you're pretty much good ^^
