On the edge of the Windswept Plateau's reaches, just beyond the outskirts of it's population, lies a forgotten kingdom. The waves crash down against the steppes found where the sky meets the sea, and upon these steppes stand the lost reign that never was. It was once believed to have played a much larger part, but now all it harnesses is a curse of the forgotten spirits that reside there.

Their day repeats endlessly, on loop as if lost in a glitch. They are lost to time and space within the walls of this cursed kingdom, with only the gently lapping waves below them as a solace. They are unaware of their curse. They lie in the dark, under this spell unbroken. They have been long gone past their notice, spectral forms of what they once were, doomed to relive their past over and over again.

Their memories that they are forever trapped in come and go like the rising and waning of the tide at their ghastly claws. To them, this ignorance is bliss, as one cannot tell what would happen if they were to realize the fate of which they have endured.
