When losing a battle in the Coliseum. Refresh with F5 or Click on Coliseum on the left menu bar to retreat.
Save your food stores. Use selective feeding. Keep those Imperials from gobbling up everything good.
Go to down arrow by your user name, account settings,feed style, selective and then set. Now when you go to feed, individually select what's fed. Hitting the top bar mimics current default setting. Ugh!
This also allows you to individually feed each dragon in their lair spot.

Apparel=slime
Familiars=muck
Trinkets=sludge
Prismatic Token Brew Level 16 of Baldwin's during festivals.
Prismatic tokens take 96 hours/4 days, and requires 25kt, 1 white slime,1 black slime ,1 silver muck,1 gold muck, and 5 green ooze
