The Opheodrys came back with various small hunt that she dragged while carrying some plants over her shoulder.
It seems like she also had a satchel swung over her other shoulder,it has some daggers in it as the blades shone in the light of the lightnings.-whoever it once belonged to doesn't matter now.

The beast dropped the hunt and plants on the floor just a meter away from the boiling clay pot,then tossed the satchel to her friend.
"Ye know how t' make healin' potions,right? We can nah contact Varkat in any way,so ye better know what yer doin'."

The Alchemist shot her a glare and set on working on the healing potion.
He glanced over at the flames that were still dancing then added the mint and aloe leaves first,as well as some other healing plants that were a bit dry-all the while thinking about their situation and how they came to it.
Kavas seems like a good person who always keeps others in line,so...what happened? He did overhear the two's arrangements..
Could it be something from the materials? No-it sounds highly unlikely.

Meanwhile Shercei took her cutlass from its place next to the makeshit lantern that was propped against a wall,closest to the fire and set on skinning the dead animal.
Both were silent as they worked on their respective tasks.

A moment later the girl started quietly singing a somewhat cheerful pirate song and her friend smiled fondly from beneath his yellow scarf.
"Heave a board 'n heave away,way-hey,roll 'n go! The ankers and cannons are on t'be rolled again Randy-dandy-Ho!" ..."
Jevudhat stirred the potion a few times before leaving it for a bit-it has a bluish-seafoam colour.

The Alchemist noticed how a wave of panic was slowly creeping up on his mind and stubbornly refused to let it take over and ruin everything.
Now's not the time for this-now's time for action.

The two Serthis managed to make two potions: a strong healing one and a fairly good energy one,seems like the Pearlcather really needs it.
Shercei looked around and spotted the pearl then rushed over to get it.
She quickly came back and placed the object before the dragon,hoping that it would help things a bit.
"If myths are true,Regulus should be slightly better since his soul or part o' it is close.
I give te drinks-ye get somethin' warm t' cover him."

Jevudhat didn't needed to be told twice as he passed the two potions to his friend and hurriedly slithered away to get as many things that can possibly emmit warmth-anything that can help.

Meanwhile the other beast approached the Pearlcather and gently-well as gentle as a serthis who's lived with pirates for 4 or 5 years can be-shook the dragon.
"Mate,wake up.
Ye gotta hydrate at te very least,c'on wake up."
Her tone was serious and urgent as she insistently kept shaking Regulus' shoulder.

The carmine male hurriedly returned,carrying what little he has found wich really wasn't much-some embers and fire shards that he had to scour the cavern and go to unknown depths in order to reach them.
Upon a closer look,one could see multiple scratches,bites and bruises all over him from the battles he had with the creatures he had to face.
He slowly slithered over to the two and placed his findings on the ground.

Both sighed quietly in clear relief,happy that he's still alive as they genuinely got quite scared there.
"Aye,it is 'n it doesn't seems like it shall ever stop.
Jevudhat is 'ere,now take this-"She said,handing the Pearlcather the vial with the now leaf colored liquid-the healing potion.
"-It shall make ye feel better,drink."

It seems like she won't leave him alone until he's downed at least the vial she trying to make him drink.
The energy potion was set on the ground close to the clay pot and it was a lemon-orange colored liquid that seemed a bit less thick than the healing one.

The Alchemist waved a bit as if to say ''I'm here.'' or "hello",his carmine tail carefully coiled around the other vial in case he has to move it or something.

The two agreed on two things:
1)They need clear water to begin with when it comes to dealing with potions and
2)They have keep a steady supply of both healing and energy potions for the rest of their journey to the Asfall Wastes as going there became their top priority right next to keeping an eye on Regulus' state.
And seeing that there isn't much else that they can do at the moment,they let the Pearlcather go back to resting,as he would need alot of energy-tomorrow will be a long day.
While Regulus was resting,the two beasts carefully looked at the map and quietly discussed wich way would be the shortest to the Fire domain as they would rather not risk further and improvised makeshift supplies can't sustain neither of them forever.

The two Serthis quickly gather some of the materials they had scavenged and trailed after the Pearlcather.
On their journey,both were discreetly keeping an eye on his wellbeing'for now everything seems good.
