"Hello, one and all, to natures big expedition." He started, gesturing widely to try and articulate just how big this expedition was. Gladekeeper had never been fond of strangers, but for this one week, all were welcome to see what her lands has to offer. "My Name is Spring, and I will be guiding the lot of you through the maze of the Labyrinth over the next seven days. For this week, and this week alone, the Forest has decided to welcome you into its vine crossed depths to explore the world of our dear Gladekeeper." He took a step closer to the wall of plant life, timing his gesture to match the shifting of the vines to reval a doorway to the Gladekeeper's domain. However, a few of the vines stayed, barring the path from the eager explorers to be. "We will enter second tomorrow, at noon, and probably face our first challenge soon after." He warned, his eyes sparkling with mirth. "But worry not. Your fearless guide has been well trained in the ways of the wood. Take to night to prepare! For tomorrow, we enter."

You follow your leader for quite some time, getting a little concerned as this tree lined hall of the maze seems to stretch further and further ever onward, with no seeming change. After what feels like hours, but could only be possibly a few minutes (at least you hope so) you finally come to a cross roads in the labyrinth.

Going straight looks like it leads into a larger area, with an appetizing aroma drifting towards you.

To the left, the vine covered wall of trees starts to become covered in flowers, and the pathway becomes a beautiful mosaic of colors.

Your right looks less welcoming, and somehow... darker as it goes along- but that can't be right- the maze is open topped, and the sun is high over head.

Your leader turns to look at you, waiting for the group to make a decision.

The Labyrinth looked wonderful in the sunlight and it had been so long since she had been back in the Gladekeeper's domain. She had lived in the Gladekeeper's sister's domain, where nothing seemed to grow and everything crawled and scratched its way to survive. Gaia had found herself happy with the clan and friends she had made there but it was still lonely. She stared down the two paths. The one on the left looked welcoming and pretty, much like she had imagined her home. The one on the right seemed too dark to be safe. Gaia swallowed. She didn't like the dark much anymore. "I think we should go left," she called out.

The left could be some sort of trap, the Viridian Labyrinth loved to lure unsuspecting dragons too their doom with bright colors and soft light. On the other hand, the right path could lead toward going underground. He was not scared of the heavy, cramped, suffocating presence of earth over him. Not at all. Not even a little. "To the left," He was a freaking fire-breathing dragon. What could a flower do to him?

While the way to the right smelled quite nice, she'd rather not travel through a wide, and considerably darker, area. Besides, she always did feel more at home among trees, and with the beautiful variety of flowers the way to the right seemed so much better. "I agree with Gaia and Liramel," she started, smiling at the dragons next to her. "The way to the left looks much more welcoming."

When she heard about the opportunity to visit the Labyrinth again, she begged her clan leaders to allow her to attend the event. They were a bit preoccupied with the negotiations for their future Nature ambassador and told her that as long as none of the clan's Nature dragons minded, she was certainly welcome to represent the clan. Her clan mates had no objections - despite the fact that she was an Ice dragon, they knew she loved the gardens as much as they did. She had even lived here briefly during her youth and a trip back was long overdue. Yara took a deep breath, enjoying the aroma of the flowers. When she got back home, the clan leaders promised to build a greenhouse dedicated to flowers and lush gardens, now that their greenhouses for farming were flourishing. With that in mind... she looked at the two options in front of her. The one to the left might provide her with an opportunity to take a clipping or two back (with the permission of her host). She glanced again to the right - it certainly would be more adventurous to choose that path. Imagine the stories she could tell when she got home. Hoping it wasn't a trick, Yara made up her mind - to the left. "To the left," called out a voice beside her. Startled, she looked up and realized that while she had been deep in thought, the other dragons on the expedition had started voicing their opinions. "Left," she said.

The way that looks nice always has something nasty in it!” “In stories, maybe. This is real life, and in real life things that look dangerous usually are.” “And thing that look nice are always good? Do you even remember the butterfly?” Vidar shuddered. “I remember the butterfly.” Soto cringed a bit in remembrance. It was a butterfly, what were the odds that it would try to kill them? “Okay, so maybe you have a point. But it’s still probably more dangerous down the right path. And besides, everyone else wants to go left.” “Fine.” Vidar was clearly trying not to pout. Raising his voice, he called, “We vote left!”

His clan originally hailed from Plague, although they had made a recent and welcomed change to his birthlands of Fire. He had quickly volunteered to represent the clan to explore an area unlike any he's visited. Hearing of lush forests was almost a fable to him. The Pearlcatcher looked at each path behind his companions. While he was a fighter and dark places didn't concern, he thought logically about the situation and which path could be the best. The left path was certainly more appealing he concluded. He felt that since was a maze, it would make much more sense if his team would be able to see instead of getting lost. He pulled his wings close to his sides as he made his opinion known, "I agree with my companions - I feel the left is much safer to use who are not as familiar with your lands." He looked down slightly embarrassed that he was of the Fire Flight. He was grateful for the chipper Tundra from Ice to not be the sole dragon not from Nature.
