Rivix's Lair

To prevent inside quarreling, but to also prevent a tyranny from turning the clan to their will, there is always a co-ruler of two. The rulers can be battled and forced to retire as an advisor position, but can never resign. They know too many secrets and must have complete dedication and responsibility with the clan.

There have been rulers who do not co-operate, however, currently there is stability between the two... but not without secrecy.
