Oilslick slinks between stalls, normally not one to care about appearances, but the large number of dragons wearing expensive jewelry, silky robes, ornamental armor, and other such fine clothing wandering the festival had left him feeling somewhat drab. Catching the sight of the Ember Toss stall out of the corner of his eye, he changes his direction and makes his way to the stand, feeling that sending some Embers soaring through the air might be just the bit of fun he needed.

Fuller caught sight of the young mirror around a couple of larger stall visitors, and was grateful for the Fire-eyed fae that was his escort. Most importantly, she was glad that the fae already knew his way around bellows and didn't need assistance.
Despite his disinterest in aiming, Soot's attempt at the bellows landed into the uncommonly-seen dancing torch symbol. It was easy for Fuller to understand the young mirror's fascination - the magic inside the bottles she still found enthralling sometimes.
The little one's two tries on his own landed home, igniting two of the common bottles with the flickering candle image.
"Nicely done for such small claws," Fuller praised as she passed off their lit bottles. "Though you had a good teacher," she acknowledged the fae with a bow of her head.
"Welcome back to the Wastes. I hope you're both enjoying the Festival."

"Warn nights and clear skies," Fuller greeted the group. She let them, too, be for the most part. They certainly seemed to know their ways around a forge.
"We'll see you all tomorrow. Safe travels," she wished them.

Fuller perked up at the sight of another snapper, recognizing some of the tell-tale scents of a fellow forge-worker. Some things you just couldn't scrub back out of scales, after all.
"Well, let's see," she conceded to the other, passing over a set of bellows. "Not as much force as when you work a real forge," Fuller cautioned, "You'll overshoot."
Pomelo set into the game, and scored true for all three tosses. All the common flickering candle, but still lit bottles.
Fuller was smiling brightly as she passed the lit bottles to the other Snapper. "Good! I hope you'll try again tomorrow, nothing like refining your technique. And let me see some of your work, alright?"

"Hail, sisters!" Fuller greeted the pair warmly as they approached, her nod to the fellow forge-worker a little deeper than to the Wildclaw. "Welcome to the Night Market!"
She considered the ridgeback's mood for a moment, and then nodded to herself. "I'll make you a deal. Prove your mettle with the bellows, and I'll meet you an hour before the Night Market opens tomorrow. I have set-up to do, but there's nothing that says someone can't be using this beast while I'm doing it."
Fuller certainly hoped the offer would at least encourage the ridgeback to relax a bit and enjoy herself. After all, that was the goal with the Festival.

Today the inseparable sisters, the smallest warriors were taking on the ember toss challenge. Cypress stared at her target for a good five minutes, then in a movement that only Sage could have seen coming, swooped down to send the ember launching. Her mouth opened in a silent laugh, her frills certainly loud enough. Sage, not to be outdone, sent two embers rapid fire at the jars. The sisters started into a complicated little dance that was the equivalent of a secret handshake to celebrate their mutual skills.
