This forum thread is such a fantastic resource, thank you for it @RandyPandy. I wanted to mention that based on some time spent in the Workshop I'm fairly certain that the newest genes are on the same levels as Falcon and Peregrine. When I run it against genes like Ripple the new genes show up far more often.

New genes! Jaguar and Rosette seem to be Uncommon from what (admittedly little) testing I've seen. Jaguar is 140,000 treasure, which means it's 119,000 treasure and 130,200 treasure with dom discounts. Rosette is 100,000 treasure, and 85,000 treasure and 93,000 treasure with discounts.
New vistas! Vista: Imperial Dragons and Vista: Wildclaw Dragons are both 250,000 treasure, and 212,500 treasure and 232,500 treasure with discounts. Vista: Night Sky and Vista: Solar are 600 gems each.
Vista: Alchemical Formula takes 8,500 treasure, 2 Silver Muck, 5 Yellow Sludge, 5 Orange Goo, 10 Green Goo, and 20 Intact Parchment.
Vista: Greenskeeper Gathering and Vista: Lightweaver are missing from the Festival Vistas list.
And I think that's everything that's missing? If I find something else, I'll be sure to let you know ;w;
