Aurelia 2. Aurora 3. Rosehip 4. Silence [/center] Hello! Let me introduce you to some very special dragons of mine. This is Rosehip, Flora, Aurora, and Aurelia, travelling therapy dragons! It's the life missions of therapy dragons to travel to other lairs to provide comfort to those who need it. They are very sweet and wonderful listeners. I created them so that users can anonymously post and 1. share positive messages and 2. vent anonymously. The dragons provide a cathartic outlet to get your negative stuff out there without having it stick to you in any way. You never even have to post in this thread if you are nervous! Please read the following rules for their travels and feel better if you are down! [center][b]General Rules[/b][/center] --Therapy dragons are always traded for free to those in need! --Please don't exalt or sell the dragons; other people may have need of them --If you want a traveling dragon in your lair but are too nervous to post in the thread, a PM or CR with a comment is all you need to do. --If you keep a therapy dragon for longer than two weeks, I will send a PM asking for an update. If you need her longer, that's fine! The goal is simply to keep the dragons in circulation and to help as many people as possible. --You can totally throw the adult dragons on a nest if she's RTB! :) I would super appreciate a hatchling when the nest hatches, but it's not required. --For funsies, I've added a "# of lairs visited' to the dergs. Please edit that number if the dragon is in your possession! [center][b]Venting Rules & Warnings[/b][/center] -- EDIT: FR contacted me and had issues with venting in dragon's bios. They didn't want negative content on their website. To address this issue, each dragon now has a "safe space." Dragon safe spaces link you to Google Docs where you can vent anonymously and safely without breaking FR rules.[u] Please do not vent directly in dragon's bios.[/u] The safe spaces provide more room and safety for venting :) --Each dragon has their own customized safe space, depending on their personality! Each one also has links to calming background sounds. Here's the sounds list: Aurelia (Chirping Birds) Aurora (Waves) Rosehip (Wind) Flora (Trickling Stream) --Venting safe spaces may contain unpleasant things that people need to vent about. I've placed trigger warnings in the safe spaces. If you do not want to read potentially unpleasant content, do not read past the trigger warnings -- Do not leave your username in the dragon's bio/safe space please! That defeats the purpose of anonymous venting! [center][b]Want to Help The Thread?[/b][/center] --Hosts: If anyone has free lair space and would like to help hold therapy dragons who are not helping others, I would be eternally grateful! I am always low on lair space. All that hosts need are 1. Free lair space 2. Be responsive when users ask for a particular dragon (I'll ping) and 3. I would love a visit from her! On Friday I just got out of a psychiatric hospital after being there for two weeks. Before that I was at another psychiatric hospital for four weeks, and before that I was at the E.R. for two days, three nights. I am doing much better now but I still wouldn't mind a visit from her! :)
