No, these colors are correct. Google "lapis lazuli" to see what real-world lapis looks like.
The other "odd" colors are intentional. Check this guide:

Ow, and metal+water? not match x.x horrible, i'm give up and forgot that color ;/ blue definitely does not fit and orca seems to exaggerated
