The percentage is high because new people often can't afford much starting out and I want to offer them the chance to get beautiful dragons. 2.) During elemental holidays, hatchlings with a parent of that element are 5% off. Players of that flight get 10% off. These discounts are only during the holiday and not the whole month. Next holiday is the Rockbreaker's Ceremony (Earth). 3.) Shadow Flight members get 15% off. 4.) Affiliates and the artist who made the images get 15% off.
