He sighed wistfully. "If only the other dragons could see what I see..." he thought, wondering how he could possibly share his vision. Then, suddenly, he got an idea! "I could hire artists! Artists can paint what they see, and share it to the world!" The Arcanist then set to work, creating a summoning spell for the most artistic (and willing) artists of the region. "With them," he thought, "Maybe the world can see what I do." Over time the spell got into the hands of others, and during times of heavy Arcane energy, anyone with the spell can summon an Arcan-Artist to do their bidding. Dragon Levels are the combined total of levels a, or many, dragons have been trained to in the coliseum. For example, 20 levels could be 2 level-10 dragons, or 4 level-5 dragons.
