That is, a level 10 dragon is worth 10 levels, a level 1 adult is worth 1 level. A breed or gene bonus counts as an extra level. Colour bonuses count as two extra levels. Artists may have different requirements for dragons they accept - see their post for details. To pay with dragons, simply send the artist a CR with your dragon, for 1 treasure in exchange!
