No support from me. I feel it defeats the purpose of moving flights, and would make nest rental next to pointless.
We can only be in one at a time for a reason, it defeats the point of moving if you can be in two or more, and lore-wise it'd be a mess too, plus, how would flight forms work? it's not fair if you gain access to another one if not more just because you picked one to be your main element, and joined in on the others.
If being in two/more flights only lets you have the benefits of your main flight, then what's the point beyond aesthetics?
Overall, I feel it defeats main game mechanics, and makes many points of interests pointless. You pick one for a reason. no support.

I'd only support this if it only affects aesthetics. As for the nests, huge no support. It defeats a huge part of moving flights,FR is a breeding game where the flights affect a huge part of the dragon, with element and eyes, choosing a flight is a big choice because of this. I can't help but feel like it would impact the sites core breeding mechanic negatively.

This could be a pretty nice treasure sink, maybe. Purchase the ability to be in a second flight aesthetically and have to pay treasure to change that flight again.
As someone who loves Earth aesthetic but loves the community of Ice so much, I'd be willing to support this tentatively. I don't support the use of other elemental nests because I much prefer other suggestions out there (notably this one), but being able to swap the aesthetics of a flight is something I'd like to see.
As mentioned above, the floodgates do open up for more flights (why not three or four flights) so I'm also fine sticking to one as a totality. I also have to wonder how this would impact flight changes: would people continue to switch their actual flight if the ability to use another one's aesthetics was implemented? I don't think it's something any of us here can say for certain since we don't know the exact reasons why people who move flights do and if those reasons would stay if this were implemented.

Quoting Naeryl because I really agree with them.

I can sort of only get behind the treasure sink idea for aesthetic reasons but then there won't be many reasons to change your flight... this sounds overly complicated so I'm sorry, I don't think I support this. Flights are such a big part of identity on Flight Rising, so big in fact that to just be able to change it on a whim feels very strange.

Also Quoting Wiosna because I echo their comments.

this sounds like a cool idea i can def see my lair being plague/shadow themed

i don't really mind either way about cross-flights, but i always support being able to use a different flight's nest. eyes are an important part of the dragon. if i want to breed a dragon with yellow eyes instead of pink, it makes no sense that my options are to either:
A. use 500 gems and spend six months in a flight i do not want displayed on my profile or lair, do not want to participate in dom with, etc. and if i finish this breeding project and want a dragon with blue eyes, i have to repeat that process all over again...
B. risk giving my dragons to another user who could suddenly take a break, lose their account, or just decide to keep my dragons for themselves.
being able to use another flight's nest in one way or another does not alter the purpose of flight changes whatsoever. in fact, the idea that you should change flights for every breeding project is pretty nonsensical. there is way more to a flight than the eye color. i'm not in arcane because i think bright magenta eyes go with everything.

I definitely support this - I love shadow but enjoy many other flights as well. I don't think this is any replacement for nest rentals (anyone who says this will make nest rentals obsolete... What? You really out here only needing 2 elements at a time? And one of them is your home flight? For real)
So support! I don't think this is any solution for site-supported nest renting / nest element items, but I'd like to be repping more than 2 flights at a time.
Especially if it still costs gems to change your secondary flight. I'd still pay 500g to change my secondary flight every few months, and I think that would solve any issue of making changing primary flight "worthless" (I know I can't be the only one who changes flight for lore or just... Preference changes) and therefore making less folks spend on flight changes

Yes, I meant for a secondary flight change not the primary flight change. I know that flight change is 1500g because I buy it pretty much as soon as it's off cooldown all the time
Sorry I didn't make it clear enough!

I actually disagree with this. It wouldn't make nest rentals useless, you would only be able to pick two types of nests to have. That's still 9 other flights you don't have access to. Plus, aesthetics are the main point of this suggestion. Aesthetics and creative lore opportunities. For most people, the whole point of having dragons in the first place is to alter their appearance and make them look cool anyways, so by that logic, why even play the game?
So, even if it's just being able to alter your location and banner, support. My only request is that there's a fee to have a duel flight like this, like how changing flights has a fee. Probably much cheaper since it's not all of the benefits.

For one thing, if it's only two flights then there are still 9 other flights that you wouldn't have access to.
But, as you said, FR is a breeding game. In fact, unlike a lot of other suggestions that use this statement by the staff, this one actually makes sense.
In Flight Rising, if you put enough time into it, you can pretty much craft your perfect dragon.
Currently, there are are 140 eyes that are unobtainable by breeding in this "crafting a dragon" mindset to every single player. Eleven other Flights with fourteen other eyes I would disagree if there were literally any other method to breed your dragons in a Flight that isn't yours (and I personally do not favor this one, but it would be better than nothing), but there aren't. I used to rent nests but I just really hate doing it the more I do because if those dragons were not returned to me, that's it. There's no way to get them back. Practically speaking, "crafting a dragon" that has eyes of any Flight other than your own is against the rules because the staff won't support the people who follow this method.
