Hello! Thank you for the heads up. Both Tig (the actual artist) and I have looked over this accent and can confirm that it doesn't actually go outside of the original Gaoler silhouette and just uses the Gnarlhorns as reference. So there shouldn't be any issue with it passing!
Should any issue come up though that full blocks the release of this accent, all preorders will be refunded.

Mezzo so the brown horns and such are just for modelling, yes? I really wish you could color those line breaking terts in but it just doesnt seem possible with the rules we have.

Yup, the slightly tinted brown Gnarlhorns are just for modeling. The horns that will actually be present will be your Gaoler Gnarlhorns. And agreed, though I understand why the present rules are in place since it would be such a massive undertaking to have tertiary restricted accents.
