The four dragons stood in the small Arcane clan, waiting for their last three team members.
"So, how long do we have to stay there?" Bluespeckle asked, fidgeting with the hem of her hood.
"From what I know, about a year. We'll be the first Sornieth dragons to ever go there." Phosphor looked significantly more excited as he talked.
"O-oh. My god. I didn't realize it would be so long. I would've stayed if I knew! I don't think I can do this." Bluespeckle hugged her pearl a bit tighter, flicking her tail.
"It'll be okay, Blue! I'm sure you'll like it! I know I'm excited!" Moon jumped around, chasing butterflies and trying to snap at them. Sungai was more subdued, but her happiness seemed to give her an aura of calm as she sat.
"You don't have to worry. Sure, they might give us a few weird looks, bit it doesn't matter. How about you try taking off your hood for the first day there?" Phosphor assured, curling against Bluespeckle's side.
"Okay..." The Pearlcatcher said, pulling down her hood to reveal a prismatic bow tied around her ear.
"Wow. It's so PRETTY!" Moon yelled, clapping his talons as he stopped chasing his pink butterfly.
"Redtail told me to bring a bunch of these. I didn't have any, so he somehow got an entire bundle of them." Bluespeckle said, fiddling with the edge of the bow. "Hey, I think the others are almost ready!" The group looked up at the Fae, Imperial, and Skydancer stepping from one of the huts, the two hatchlings returning to the feet of Bluespeckle and Phosphor and eagerly waiting for the three to draw near."HEY! Before you leave, I'm coming too. Naru's orders." An ice-blue Wildclaw galloped up, skidding to a stop and crouching as the three others walked up.
Winterfall, why did Naru want you to come?" Phosphor asked, glancing at her.
Beats me, she just told me to come find you guys before you left."

"Hello. I'm Sungai, what's your name?" Sungai asked, ruffling her feathers.
"Okay, before this continues, can we leave? Sorry for being impatient, but I am not a fan of waiting." Winterfall asked, standing up.

"No, I'm fine." Bluespeckle said, nibbling on a leaf. "I'd consider it too late, anyway. Besides, I don't like letting people down."

" oh im sorry im firefly." she ponted to the fae " thats storm." she points to the imperial " and thats heavenmaker" they looked at eachother for a few moments and firefly left into a hut. " we need a few supplies before we leave like medicine." heavenmaker said with a calm voice. " you may do as you like until we gather a few things " storm said cheerfully. the fae left and sat in the middle of the camp and checked her pouch. "I GOT IT!" the skydancer said in excitement. she held a map and some first aid materials. " ok check the nest and make shure they will be ok." storm replied. "if you dont have any weapons you can borrow some if you would like." the imperial said in concern. " we will leave tomorrow morning before the sun rises to get a head start" the fae said

"Phosphor, didn't you say the scroll is fueled by the dragons energies when they use it before we left? I think Storm's being sensible, we would have to leave for the continent tomorrow morning in that case." Winterfall asked as Bluespeckle curled up on the ground, yawning.
"...I hate this thing. But it's the fast route, unfortunately, unless you want to fly all day tomorrow." Phosphor sighed.
