Gosh, this dragon. I love him. I wouldn't change his genes, because he is perfect.

I would name him EvilChicken. I have a Banescale already named Chicken. Evil Chicken will be his evil twin.
EvilChicken likes to eat black licorice and drink the soda Moxie. His favorite breakfast is burnt toast.

@lunaralight gosh darn it, where do you get all these banescales that I just can’t resist? Soon my lair is just going to be covered in banes from this thread LOL. I fell in love with this girl’s color scheme and the fact she is a rare color combo, and I love her so much that I’m staying up to write this! I found a [url=https://flightrising.com/main.php?dragon=58863012]potential lineage[/url] that she could be mated with—a male version of the female I linked to would make a wonderful mate, and there goes all my treasure again but I love the uniqueness of the brown/brown/green color combo so it would totally be worth it! I’m also going to give one of the pair the Plumage gene (most likely this girl right here) to create more diversity in their offspring while still keeping them of the same color scheme—they could either be Plumage or Porcupine. And the results are absolutely gorgeous, as I’m about to show:

Now for some lore…
- Her name is Wujin, which is Chinese for the “five metals” (gold, silver, copper, iron and tin). She’s an archaeologist who is particularly fascinated with the history of metalwork and precious stones—she has a massive hoard of metalwork statues from every period of Sornieth’s history. As a member of the Order of the Winter Spear, she is tasked with protecting historical sites and artifacts from Shade-touched creatures—many of the items in her personal collection are extremely magically powerful and draw the attention of some very nasty types.
- She is the head of her own unit in the Order! She wasn’t sure whether she’d make a very good leader at first, but she found that she was a natural fit for the role and enjoys it very much. Marnie, who you may remember from my previous entry, showed her the ropes. Marnie gave her a lot of tough love which irritated Wujin sometimes, but Wujin loves her a lot and they have a mother-childlike relationship.
- Yinghuo, which I also obtained from this thread, is her artistic hero. She has many metalwork pieces designed by Yinghuo in her collection and was so flustered when she finally got to meet her hero in person. She never imagined being able to become Yinghuo’s friend, but now the two of them are happily bonded as friends. It blows her mind every time Yinghuo shows her metalworking in the lab.

- Her familiar would be an [b]Augite Protector.[/b] I headcanon that Augite Protectors are built and given life. She was able to design and build hers with Yinghuo's help, and it was Clan Father Beilun himself who brought the being to life. She loves snuggling with her widdle rock kitty as much as she loves fighting by its side.
- I haven't decided whether it's her I'll be giving Plumage or her mate, but I have headcanons prepared for both. If she has porcupine quills, she'll be able to fire them at her enemies. If she switches to Plumage, she'll be able to turn the feathers into metal blades and fire them at her enemies as well. It's her signature move and one she is very proud of--she has an accuracy matching that of Hengli, the Tiandi Xueyuan's best archer.
- The Chevron patterns on her body are capable of lighting up, which gives some brightness to her earthy colorations. It's common among dragons with Chevron and/or Arrow to have shine contests attempting to create more beautiful color combos on their bodies, and she frequently has these competitions with Yinghuo and
- Many assume that because she has more earthy colors, she's a very quiet and down-to-earth dragon. They are surprised by the level of energy she brings to everything, always ready to kick butt on the battlefield and show others how strong she is.
- As a warrior, she's very athletic, and surprisingly agile for a Banescale. She loves to hunt as well as fight, and loves showing off her talent of snatching prey out the air like a falcon.
- I'm thinking on top of an Augite Protector she would also have an Apatite Fisher. Those birds are so beautiful with their wings composed of rare stones, she'd love to be its companion.

I'd love to take this baby in!
He'll be one of my first banescales - only my second one that isn't a Gen 1 - and I'd love to pair him up with a new familiar as well so they can explore my lair and get comfortable with their own time! I'll be looking for a future mate for him on the AH if I manage to get him. His neon-like colors are so handsome!
His colors actually remind me of a punk-rock like aesthetic, so I'd probably associate him with dancing or bright lights, both of which can be pretty easily related to other dragons in my lair. I think that him and Aquino, both of which have really beautiful blueish themes, would work well together as friends!
