Wanting to get closer, the animal began to bark and growl, which made the men realize that its eyes conveyed anger. This alerted them, so they did not hesitate to shoot him in the leg, causing the animal to flee. The men did not hesitate to follow him, so he led them to a cabin in the middle of the forest. Realizing that he entered the house, they knocked on the door to alert those who lived there that the giant dog had entered their property.
