I'm not 100% sure what it means, but it sounds optimistic.
I feel like she is the spirit of wind, playful yet dangerous. If she is mad, her thundrous mood will strike you down. When she is happy, the sky is clear and she is playing with birds. When she is bored, whimsy winds will ruffle the grass and blow this way and tat as if at random.

When I feel down, I try to look for something nice. A flower, an animal, a pretty ornamented window, anything. Just a little peace of beauty or cuteness is enough. Embrace that tiny bit of happiness and shove sadness away!

And how can we not? Uncertainty breeds fear and stress, sure, but it also locks us in to how it feels right now, in the present moment. What is important? What do you need? Whom do you love?
The future we really don't know, we cannot pretend that is not so. But the present moment...perhaps that is enough.
