It's official that I've completely gone insane and decided to take on my dear friend, @Panther202's Opposite Ends Challenge. In this challenge the goal is to breed two XXX dragons from opposite ends of the color wheel until they create an XXX offspring. But I've decided to be extra crazy and tackle the entire color wheel.
Looking for an excuse to hang on to these two hatchlings a little longer, I've decided they would be perfect to use for this challenge. I will be affectionately referring to them as the twins. They are both XXX mist.
I will be breeding one twin, Saturn, with this former hot mess, XXX cantaloupe, Pluto ... but I did have to change his tert first because I just can't with gembound. He now has koi and is much easier for me to look at ... as long as I don't look at my gem balance.
They are named after the "Cold" planets (yes, I know Pluto isn't considered a planet anymore, but I don't care). This should effectively cover the cool ranged tones of the color wheel.
I will be breeding the other twin, Venus with this XXX orange boy, who was having a bit of an identity crisis as his previous owner thought he was a female and named him as such, Seranida. I bought him a renaming scroll and have named him Mercury.
They have been named after the "Hot" planets and this should effectively be tackling the warm colors of the color wheel.
This should be a long and crazy ride, but hopefully a lot of fun too. Any guesses on who will reach the goal first? My lair space is crying already!
To make this more fun, I must pit the pairs nests against one another. Here is where I will select who won each set... who had the kids I liked best. Warm (Venus & Mercury) or Cool (Pluto & Saturn)
