In a gist, I'm going to need [b]30 dragons total[/b] (or 15 males/females each) if I want to be able to cycle pairings in continuously for this project! One notable difference to my other thread, however, is the fact that because I expect a larger output of dragon spam than last time with the cooldowns being much shorter (15 days / plentifuls), I will only be posting updates every [b]2nd[/b] of the month (the exception being when my goal is achieved) instead of posting whenever my pairings breed. This way I can compile everything into a neat and organized date! I am not going to be doing monthly egg raffles this time, but I may insert a few surprises here and there for folks on the pinglists, depending on extra funds / availability! We'll see! Haha, I bred him before eye types and lair tabs were a thing, but I actually took a vacation to Lightning myself for a complicated breeding project! My beloved Prince Enrique from Skies of Arcadia! He took over a year but he was so worth it.

This is indeed going to be a fandragon - his name is [b]Rhys[/b]! He's one of two main characters from a game called [b]Tales from the Borderlands[/b] - it's a choice-based game with a huge focus on storytelling and it's one that I really liked a lot, personally. Tales from the Borderlands is a part of the Borderlands series as a whole (and there's a ton of little references / easter eggs to the other games!), but I think it's one of those things that's enjoyable just on its own as long as you know some basics about the overall plotline of the Borderlands series. As for Rhys himself, gosh, he is such... a dork? Honestly? He's my second favorite character from the Borderlands series (Claptrap being my first - but I already [b][url=https://www1.flightrising.com/dragon/51923102]have a dragon[/url][/b] based off him!). Lightning primal really fits Rhys since one of his eyes is actually mechanical / special in nature. (It's called an Echo eye, and he can do things like scan objects with it, for instance. It's nifty!) I also chose the yellow-toned Scales to reflect his one mechanical arm, aha! Really to get a good idea of just how much of an absolute dork Rhys is, you could watch [b][url=https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cxUlIgBtE0A]this short video/scene[/url][/b], in which Sasha (one of the other main supporting characters) and Rhys try to take out some bandits and I just... [i]Rhys, please.[/i] He is such a goof. (No pressure to watch it if you're not interested, though! It's one of my favorite scenes in the game because it's just. Oh my [i]gosh[/i]. This dude. But oh wow - congratulations on your lovely imperial breeding project! I looked up his wiki page and it looks like you did a rather fantastic job on getting a good fandragon for him, so congratulations! :D But gosh yeah, I'm all too familiar with breeding projects (especially ones that involve imperials ahaha) taking well over a year.
