So you've decided to take advantage of our Spark Intern program have you? I'm sure you're excited to get started on your adventure and gain valuable experience in the bargain. Let's get started shall we? [b]Open to all flights [/b] Design a Spark Intern and relate their experiences working in the Shifting Expanse using a variety of writing styles. Each day will have a new assignment and a different writing style (such as an extremely short story or short poem). [b]You will have 24 hours from the start of the assignment to complete it[/b]. [b]Event Dates:[/b] [b]July 20-21: Sign-ups[/b] Monday, July 20th FR time to the end of Tuesday, July 21st FR time. Every year, I've tried a different method for sign-ups and this year I'll be trying a more random method. You will have [b]48 hours[/b] to sign-up after which [b] I will randomly choose 20 folks to participate[/b]. I realize that there is simply no "fair" way to do this and we shall see how this method works compared to other ways I've used in the past. Players will have [b]24 hours[/b] to write about the experience in the style for that day. 3. Players should not exceed that day's total word count. I need time to read everyone's entry that day 4. If the writing style is a type of story, treat conversation chunks as a paragraph. If your conversation is just a couple of lines, treat those sentences as part of the previous or following paragraph. 5. [b]Do not edit your entry.[/b] If you make an error, please delete the post and repost with the corrected entry. Remember, you have a time limit and the post's day/time stamp will be used for the 24 hour rule. 6.
