Mythical Monsters Entry
Day: Wednesday
Scry #1:
Description #1: Sandee is a dragon that spends all his time guarding his prized sandcastle from interlopers and crabs. He takes sandcastles pretty seriously.
Scry #2:
Description #2: This magical dragon is employed as a part-time lantern at the Library of Mysteries, thanks to her glowy firefly infestation. When she's not lighting up the sea around her, she's at home, sharpening spears for warriors preparing to overthrow the land-dwelling dragons above.
Scry #3:
Description #3: Whisperglow is his name, and glowing is his game. Whispering, on the other hand, is his passion. He delights in whispering spookily at nervous dragons as they swim by his lair late at night. It makes him feel warm inside to be able to use his talents in his career.
Scry #4:
Description #4: This fish-like dragon lives in beds of seaweed, napping the days away. When someone gets too close, however, it snaps to alertness and darts out nip at their heels.
Scry #5:
Description #5: This may be the first time in my life I've ever used clown on a dragon. Unlike most other entrants into Mythical Monsters, Tack doesn't live underwater. Rather, they live in the dense jungle atop a tiny island in the middle of the Sea of a Thousand Currents. They spend their days flitting between trees and munching on grapefruits.
Scry #6:
Description #6: Not that I'm completely sold on filigree for this dragon, but I do like his "this dragon stole my pocketbook" look with his all-cash-shop getup and royal purple accents. Lore: After receiving a magnificent inheritance from a distant relative, this dragon changed his name to SupaBling and moved to a modest castle at the foot of a beautiful deep sea volcano.
Scry #7:
Description #7: It's not blood, it's rust. Ignore the bones on the floor, why don't you come into my workshop and we'll talk this over like rational dragons?
