Most required giving a gift to get a gift, and he moved on from those. He continued on, finding other closed giveaway stalls, leaving a message at a couple, and eventually finding a Wildclaw smiling down at him. Agro leaves the stall a short while later with a small, wooden, deer-shaped construct in tow. He had no luck with the remaining stalls, since they were all raffles or dragon re-clanning services. Terell had already visited Pinkerton for the clan that day, leaving Agro with little left to do. Looking at his new familiar, he returns to the clan lair. He had a few dragons to talk to. His first task back home was to spend some time with his new familiar. Since the clan and lair where fairly new still, Familiars weren't a common sight, so Agro gathered a small crowd as Autumnsong helped him start bonding with his Wood-Ear Deer. After, he spoke with Lumi if she and Premonition could help him once he was old enough for the coliseum. Premonition maintained his normal silence, eyeing the smaller plague dragon, gaging his strengths, while Lumi smiled and explained to Agro how his first day would go. Getting help with his familiar and the coliseum had been the easy tasks. Agro then gathers his courage to speak with Terell. The clan representative was intimidating, and his heritage granted him strange magics. The large Imperial watched quietly as Agro explained about the Vow, and asked to be allowed the task of collecting from Pinkerton each day. Terell is silent for a long few minutes, watching and contemplating. He can see the eagerness in the hatchling's eyes, and he recognizes that this will not be the only dragon to make this request. Terell grants the request, and waits to see how it will play out. Items Obtained: -----

A courier had delivered a parcel from one of stalls yesterday. Among the food that would be given to the whole clan, and some materials for the clan hoard, was a battle stone. Watch her, name her, take care of her... just please, take her now, before my own children let all the familiars loose." He darts out the door as quick as he came. "You'd think after fathering so many clutches of eggs, he'd know what to do with them by now," Maia snorts. "Then again, Aureum is a handful. Poor Sol just keeps getting dragged along." "Babies, not babies," Verrazano moans, covering his eyes with his claws. "Why... I don't do well with babies..." "Says the dragon who's going to be a father soon," Heather shrugs, walking over to the Fae. "Ah, you're a light dragon." The baby looks up at her, blinking her enormous yellow eyes. "We should give her a name," Maia points out. "If she's our child now, we're gonna have to call her something." "Leora," Verrazano murmurs. "It means light." "I like that," Heather smiles, picking up Leora and putting her on the table the dragons were sitting around. She sits down immediately, looking around at the larger dragons innocently. "Story?" She asks bluntly. "I like stories. In my old clan, my parents would tell me stories around a table like this." "Oh, um... Heather is a good storyteller," Maia says. "Heather, tell Leora about the Vow of Poverty." And so, Heather explains, for what feels like the hundredth time, how she left her clan to take a vow and met the two Faes along the way. She also adds that Maia and Verrazano have completed their Vows, while she searches for a tertiary gene. "Wow," Leora gasps. "You guys must be so brave and smart and patient and... I'm so lucky to get raised by you! You're the coolest family an adopted dragon could ask for. Do you think... I could take the vow when I'm older?" Maia leans down so the two are eye to eye. After spending some time during breakfast with his familiar, Agro took his trip to Pinkerton's. Today yielded a material for the clan. Agro detoured on his way back to the lair to leave a message with a couple more giveaway stalls, and to post a wishlist to a board. He then slowly ambled back to the lair, enjoying the luminescent fungal growths of the Tangled Wood. The Couriers made it to the lair faster than Agro did. Harp, his current caretaker, was watching over two parcels and a wolf that seemed to be made of mist or smoke. A generous Spiral dragon had seen his wishlist on the board and sent him a number of battle stones, while the Guardian who ran a charity had sent the wolf as well as an accent.
