That's his pretty face, up there in the icon. And this ([size=1]v[/size] that) is my absolute shot in the dark longterm quest to somehow make him exist. [center]___________________________________________[/center] [b]Update Log[/b] [u][i]Mar. 2, 2020[/i][/u] The previous nest was about as much of a success as I expected, sadly, but in the interim I acquired some better potential breeding pairs! They'll be able to nest on March 10th and March 26th respectively. [size=2] [u][i]Feb. 25, 2020[/i][/u] The nest gave me a Sand/Cyan/Beige baby! So so close. Gotta try n get them a good mate. A nest to start breeding the second parent has also been laid, with 3 eggs! [u][i]Feb. 15, 2020[/i][/u] Wildclaw scroll acquired! This should take some of the pressure off significantly. Thank you admins for this cycle (prayer emoji). Also, a new nest is now incubating with 2 eggs. They've got extremely good odds of making a baby with 3/3 correct colors. Here's hoping! [u][i]Feb. 5, 2020[/i][/u] Acquired a Tangerine/Cyan Beige Pearlcatcher that will be bred with the Sand/Caribbean/Stone Guardian from my last nest as soon as she's ready. They've got a very limited color range together, so there's good odds for a 3/3 baby! [u][i]Jan. 30, 2020[/u][/i] The first nest has hatched! With 1 baby that's 2/3 on colors, I'd call this an astoundingly successful first nest! [u][i]Jan. 25, 2020.[/i][/u] Acquired a Sand/Robin/Taupe Spiral from the AH, and RaspberryCamelot graciously wonderfully beautifully angelically donated a Tan/Rose/Beige Wildclaw hatchling! I'm going to nest up the Spiral & Guardian I have and we'll see what happens! First nest of the project is go with... two eggs! Also, thanks to a hot tip from RaspberryCamelot & additional advice from gn0me, I've contacted the owner of the only dragon that has the same color combo as Ben to see if they might be willing to sell me a future hatchling. [u][i]Jan. 22, 2020.[/i][/u] The thread exists now! We doin' this. I hope. Acquired one (1) dragon from the AH for possible future breeding... once I find them a partner. [/size]

@ZoranaDragon Thanks so much! I didn't think to make a pinglist, since I wasn't sure why people would want one (forgive me, I'm just back from a 5 year hiatus and I'm definitely floundering haha) but I'll make one right now!

@abakkus I recently obtained my dream dragon (xxx ice / ice primal) and am very close to finalizing genes, so I'd love to give a little aid with your quest! Right now, there's only one active dragon with that exact color combination, this guy: [url=https://flightrising.com/main.php?dragon=20232424] [img]https://flightrising.com/rendern/350/202325/20232424_350.png[/img] [/url] But they don't seem like they'll be really open to trading due to a lack of forum posts, so the best thing you can honestly do is try and work your way down by obtaining xxx sands, then slowly integrate the teal color and finally do the tert. [url=https://flightrising.com/main.php?dragon=58636818] [img]https://flightrising.com/rendern/350/586369/58636818_350.png[/img] [/url] I have bought this wildclaw solely because its primary color (tan) is close to sand, as well as having the secondary gene (shimmer) you need and the tert color of beige you're looking for. I'd more than love to give this guy to you for free to help with your search, and if need be I can try and get the money together to also gene them to have underbelly tertiary, too. : ) I don't need anything out of this, I just want to see another player succeed. From one dream dragon quester to another! I'd love to be on your pinglist when you make it.

@abakkus People usually ask to be pinged for milestones, such in the case of you getting further with your goal like receiving a new dragon, geneing, or even just if you want opinions. Sometimes nests, too! People just like to stay updated regardless to your progress.
