» Please either already have a reference, or give me full control of the design. Since this isn't a regular shop I either want to already know what to do, or just be able to do w/e. I'm fine working off personality traits and vague descriptions as long as you are okay with whatever outcome.
» Let me know if you want the gijinka to be more human or more dragonlike

You have very lovely art :o
No references for any of them feel free to do whatever. If personality helps you in anyway, the first lady is the wise leader, the imp is a fierce warrior, and the tundra is just one tough lady.

Here is Zubnajaire an inner temple guard of Khnum that has been ordered to protect a mysterious girl called Aahmin and her cat in a journey from their country.

Or Abduern who is a dark elf pirate who has recently become obsessed with trinkets that an old lady gave him while he was laying low in a dark pirates enclave. They included a dirty map with old un-translatable inscription, a large dagger, a wilted rose and broken compass.

I noticed that you drew all females so I couldn't resist adding Dhauluei an old dark-elf in her old age that delves into dark powers of healing through nightmares and truths most do not want to face up to. Before this some say she was a leader of some resistant against her own Family House that showed from her battle scarred face and body and her age old armour that she still wears.
