Thank you! Yours are awesome, too.)

As the mischievous fae twins watch the ...fluffy results of their prank, they become excited enough to plot another one, the likes of which the world has probably seen before. They set up tripwire outside Rainbowstone Clan's entrance, and wait to see what happens.

Meanwhile, the Clan Terror notices their absence and sends several fighters to rescue the "poor, defenseless little things" from whatever "treacherous beastclan bandits" have decided to take them. Needless to say, this does not go well. Shade, focused on following the twins' trail, walks right into their ambush.

This leaves an irritable spiral covered with tree sap and live insects, convinced that it's Rainbowstone Clan's fault, and waiting for the perfect moment for revenge.

Whoops.

@sagestuck

Meanwhile, the actions (and snickers) of Rainbowstone Clan's hatchlings have alerted Moss and Lichen to a new lair of gullible potential targets. The twins gather a few chess pieces, a few rodents and a bit of paint before setting to work. The results are not as spectacular as they might have been -- outside of your lair is an empty chess board, as the rodents with the chess pieces attached have long since fled the scene.

Needless to say the parchment was not received by an individual who would understand the meaning of it, but by Tourmaline and Feldspar. The two nocturnes were ecstatic to have intercepted a message containing a map to treasure and were quick to dart off and start looking. Of course in their excitement they kept snatching the parchment out of each others paws and as such repeatedly failed to realize that the directions kept changing. Instead they blamed their repeated getting lost on each other until after a full night of searching they finally sat down to read it together and caught on to the trick. Embarrassed at how long it took them to realize what was going on they slunk back to the lair vowing revenge.

First things first they needed to figure out who sent it so they went to someone they figured to be an authority on such things, an authority who wouldn't think to ask any questions and would help them in their revenge.

Moth the tundra was happy to help by sniffing the map to figure out who sent it, though the rest of the plan would take a bit longer than the time it took for him to determine that it came from the Focal Point of the Starfall Isles and that the sender had been a ridgeback.

((The rest of the prank will come tomorrow.))

@TheRedHarlequin The heads of the Donquixote clan had arrived promptly and on time, as was their particular custom when invited, especially to honor a celebration of their own Shadowbinder. Not to mention any excuse to get the Fae Clanfather out of the cave and away from his magical building of more and more caves and nests for more hatchlings was good, seeing as he was working himself to exhaustion. So they were quite clueless as to the little secret behind their invitation up until Carcin's heavy footsteps triggered an avalanche of-- candy? Don cheered and chirped happily as he darted around spastically, gathering up as much of the sweet treats as he could get in his clever little paws, and Carcin laughed as she caught a few on her tongue to eat, savoring the taste of the truffles. What a pleasant surprise! And an excellent prank indeed, the perfect way to start a celebration of the Trickmurk Circus!

((And now for the prank itself, heh.))

Having gotten a rough idea of who was to blame the pair of nocturnes immediately began to argue about what was the best way to go about paying back their pranker. They knew exactly what they wanted to do, it was just figuring out the best way to go about it. In the end they settled for a compromise and each made their own interpretation of the world's most itchy scarf. Tourmaline collected a number tail hairs donated by some of the centaurs who were friends with the clan. After washing the hairs and making sure that they were nice and dry and stiff he carefully cut them into small pieces, making sure that he cut at an angle each time. Once he had a good handful of hairs he carefully worked them into the scarf, taking great care to make sure that they were carefully hidden in the scarf's pattern.

Feldspar took a more direct approach, taking a scarf and dusting it with the pollen of several different types of plants that grew near their lair until the scarf was shimmering gold. All it all it the result made for a very pretty scarf.

Pleased with what they had done they wrote a note and left it near the first ridgeback they found.

What would Beeblebrox think when he found a pair of scarfs with the following note pinned to one of them: 'Tu the moest handsoem rigeebak whoo is soe clevr'?

@Teeka (You beat me by an hour….Beeblebrox will give his answer later today, but in the meantime, here is Flamecaster’s prank) Having finally found the right container for his idea, Flamecaster took a glowing piece of Jasper, and carved it into a pleasant shape, perfect for a young dragon. He then started singing a certain tune he had stumbled upon in his studies, while concentrating on his magical aura. Focusing magic and intent, the Shadow Dragon quickly infused the Jasper with the tune, so that the pretty red stone constantly played the same song. Flamecaster then stuck the Jasper in a nice looking box, sealing it so that the tune could not be heard—until the box was opened by its intended recipient. Exiting the caves, Flame darted over to Nimby, who was resting after several more hours of trying to round up the micro deer—which were now safely penned. The exhausted Ridgeback was only too happy to have a chance to get back at the Clan that had set the deer on them--and the fact that he might be able to blame his idiot sister for that payback sat well with him, too. He agreed to help Flamecaster travel to his Birth Clan in Plague, provided that the mischievous Spiral ensure the box appeared to come from Norberta. A quick word to one of the Nocturnes of the Clan, and a nice letter penned in Norberta’s hand had been added to the top of the box. Swiftly, the Spiral and Ridgeback traveled to the other Clan’s territory, and left the box where it could easily be found…right near where the younger dragons liked to play. Flamecaster grinned, imagining the havoc the singing stone would cause as soon as it was opened and started to play “This Is the Song that Never Ends” near the younger dragons of the lair…

Miadora awoke with a start , as she was pulled from dream land by the shrieks of Embra and the howls of Khoal. "what in all that is ..." She trailed off as she opened her eyes to see her little loves completely entangled in twine. Just as she was about to scold Khoal who was always pranking and teasing his sister, she felt a tug on her own tail and knew as she saw the twine deftly tied to her tail, then that some other prankster had devised this ridiculous prank. While Khoal would tease his sister endlessly, he was never bold enough to harass his mother. As she took in the scene before her she couldn't help but smile and as she watched Embra and Khoal wrestle with the twine, tugging, yanking and biting each other making the knots worse with every move, she couldn't help but let out a loud laugh at the adorable scene. "oh both of you, stop mucking about and stay still, lets clean this up before you both fall out of the nest." She said with a warm laugh and smile she scanned the skies for the culprit. Whoever it was she hoped that she would get a chance to return the favor.

Though puzzled at first by the sudden name changes the Unnnamed dragons soon figured out who was who again. The dragons who had been named Sloth were not so pleased with the choice in titles and decided to retaliate by swapping out all the violets that BDay had with moldy leaves. It was not as hard to pull off as they had thought it would be; seeing as the Hibernal Starbear gaurding the lair was a heavy sleeper.

Little CrimsonStorm silently sneaked into Calliope's lair, taking the Pretty Pink Arm Bow she had affixed to her right foreleg. Deciding the said bow looked better on her own neck CrimsonStorm tied it on and slipped back out into the night.

Willard decided to go back and visit the lair of his hatching and visit with some of his old friends there. Sadly Aki, who had been like a big brother to him, was napping at the time so Willard was unable to say hello. Remembering how he had pranked Aki in the days of his youth by tying his tail into knots, Willard couldn't resist doing so again on his way out.

In celebration of JungleCity's birthday, Makarov slipped into his lair covering everything in bubble-wrap before placing a large chocolate cake on the table. On his way out Makarov carefully blew up hundreds of balloons, making sure to cover the whole ceiling.
