(putting this stuff here because I don't want to be bragging about my grades to my friends, so instead I will be ramblingly proud of them into the void :))
(also if you're wondering why I care so much considering I'll be getting my diploma even if my average is 55%, it's because the college I am going to is genuinely like the most hated college in the country right now and has been called a "diploma mill". and I watch my classmates cheat on every possible test and assignment and exam with ChatGPT every day. so being proud about my grades is the only way I'm coping with the knowledge that my diploma is actually going to barely mean anything lol) (like, at least I'll be able to put a 3.9 GPA or something like that on my resume and that will lessen the blow a little bit???) (I may be deluding myself a little bit here lol)
anyways
I've gotten three of my final grades from this semester back now, and things are looking pretty good so far!!
digital marketing - 92%
professional selling - 89% (definitely not AS good, but the class was horrible so)
professional accounting - 97% :D
I'm also done my marketing research exam as of this morning and I think I did pretty well on it? I think my overall grade is going to be barely over 90%, which isn't my goal (my goal is 93% because that's a 4.0 GPA) but it's still like objectively good haha
and then I have my public relations exam tomorrow worth 20%, but I lost 6% in that class from a stupid group project though so my average is probably going to be like an 85%, ugh
then I have uhh website design, I lost 3.75% in that class from missing a test so my grade there is probably also going to be around 90%. we'll see if it goes over or under
and finally my elective, identity in pop culture, I will ALSO probably have around a 90%
...these are all actually worse than in past semesters (I remember semester 1 when I really did have a 4.0 GPA...), but again they're still objectively good and also the 4.0 GPA thing is really a goal I just completely made up for myself, so I'm still proud of myself!!
