I started my journey to get all my permas to level 25 sometime mid 2019 and made a [url=https://www1.flightrising.com/forums/qnc/2797520/1#post_2797520]tracking thread[/url] in late 2019, so it's definitely been a while!!
It's something I somewhat casually work on, where I typically level a perma while also cycling through fodder, to avoid getting burnt out from such a large goal. But I also have dedicated teams for each venue, and several different trainers for every venue that you can get exp from with a level 25, because why not do something with at least [i]some[/i] of these level 25s [emoji=guardian laughing size=1] With others who don't actually participate in the coli, I sometimes assign stats and stones for lore/aesthetic purposes.

i have a finished coli training build for every venue starting with boreal wood and 2 or 3 farming teams of different elements :p
