These genes are kinda like flair/flaunt and those are my favorite genes so I’ve gotta use these in projects! Also I’m always happy to see dusthides get more genes, especially seraph since it makes them look even more huggable.

Hi @/Yokudl, from what we've been able to verify, Zendesk does not and is not blocking users by region or country. They're a company that provides customer support related software and services for businesses. If your country is blocking its citizens from accessing Zendesk, that's outside of our control. [b][url=https://www1.flightrising.com/site/contact-us]Contact Us[/url][/b] is and remains our official avenue for support and feedback.

Would it be possible to enable (or if already enabled, provide a clear-to-users link to) a support email avenue for opening new tickets via email? I know it is a default feature of Zendesk, but I would totally understand if you haven't optimized your configuration for email-initiated tickets and need to do some pre-work before rolling that out to customers. It's also a good backup for those who have limited internet data access, as pure email clients are typically lighter on data load than any kind of webpage.
