Door 1: A plain, unassuming oak door greets you. Whilst this door appears ordinary, you cannot shake the feeling that something, or someone, is watching you intently. This ominous aura feels you with a sense of unease, perhaps this is a warning or a premonition of ill tidings.
Door 2: A smooth door made of cherry wood appears before you. This door tries, but fails, to conceal the sound of scraping on the other side. As you edge closer to discern the source, the scraping suddenly stops.
Door 3: A maple wood door rounds out the trio. Akin to the sweet syrup of its namesake, this door has a pleasant aroma wafting from it. The aroma invites visions of your favorite snacks.

You open the oaken door to find a young pearlcatcher staring intently. His purple gaze never wavers, a gaze so powerful you felt it from the other side of the door. He introduces himself as Zagreus and is eager to join your clan. Perhaps he is excited to visit his ancestral homeland or he is merely seeking an adventure. Either way, you decide he seems friendly enough and bring him along.

The cherry wood door easily opens to reveal a giant clutter of items. It seems whatever was scratching at the door has burrowed back into safety of the clutter. Your curiosity gets the better of you and you attempt to excavate the mountain. Tossing a few items aside, the haphazard pile suddenly becomes unstable. To avoid being absorbed into the hulking mass, you hop out and seal the door. A few items that were tossed aside earlier will have to satisfy your curiosity for now.
