Welcome back!
There has been a lot of stuff in the last two years. We have a new coli venue, a lot of new genes, there are now Aether a new ancient dragon species and some other stuff that I don't know right now.

it's Mistjam currently, and Joxar's been moved to the Grand Exchange in the sidebar. there's also achievements (looks like you found those) and an achievement shop in the Grand Exchange to spend your achievement currency.
at the upper-right corner of the achievement page, there's a toggle (easy to miss) to get to "pursuits," which are repeatable daily/weekly/monthly quests for more achievement currency.
we also have a lot of new ancients:
