So! For me, it's people referring to Raikou, Entei, and Suicune as "Legendary dogs."

WRONG. NUH UH. NO. THEY ARE ALSO CATS.

A lot of my opinions like this are Pokemon-based, like calling the mythicals "legendaries."

Like yeah OK I can see where someone would get dog vibes from maaaybe Entei, and Suicune honestly to me doesnt look feline OR canine (If anything, vaguely Equine and Feline mixed I've always just. assumed?) But theyre gonna look at Raikou and tell me thats a DOG?? Nah LOL

[/quote] I agree with you, to me they are a mixture of both feline and canine (except Raikou who to me is just clearly a tiger), but I actually think I know why this happened! In the G/S beta, they actually were very clearly dogs. I actually think perhaps what happened is that publications got images of them during this time (as a lot of magazines, etc. do with video games), and they started to refer to them as the "legendary dogs" even after their appearances changed.

anyway mine is people using pov incorrectly. i don't think anyone on tiktok even knows it stands for point of view anymore they think its just a word to start a caption with

If you're on a hate fender-bender so much for these genres, I think it's because you're only looking at the most popular stuff or only the things played on the radio. It feels almost disingenuous to me to discredit them just because you haven't spent the time to at least widen your horizons beyond the examples which get played all the time. There are artists like John Denver, Everly Brothers, MF DOOM, Bahamadia, Brockhampton, Fugees, and A Tribe Called Quest who are good listens. There's so much out there that is great which people don't give a chance ;n;
