[i]The final night of the anniversary celebration had been the liveliest one yet. Nahir had spent the entire evening joining his family members in the skies, creating elegant aerial dances like a ribbon dancing in the wind as he followed Udon's lead in the skies. And when it finally came time for the last evening of festivities to come to a close, Nahir found himself entirely exhausted from all the lively dancing and flying, and could barely drag himself into the den he'd been staying in throughout the celebration's joyous couple weeks before he fell into a deep, long sleep.
The next morning, Nahir, well-rested after a good night's sleep, awoke to feel something nestled against his chest, tucked securely under his arm. He assumed it was just his younger sibling, [url= https://www1.flightrising.com/dragon/92245372]Mochi[/url], and kept his eyes closed, basking in the rays of morning sunlight that flittered into the den. However, when he finally opened them with a content yawn... he froze with a start, his bright green eyes flaring wide in shock. Nestled against his side, tucked under his arm, was not his little sibling, but rather an egg—an entire, healthy Nature egg. Nahir could do little but stare in bafflement, wondering how in the world an egg got there—it certainly wasn't his—until the egg sudenly began to rock gently, and within a matter of seconds, delicately split open from the top like a flower coming into bloom.
A little bright blue mirror pup stuck her snout out from the top of the egg, immediately staring at Nahir, who was still at a loss for what was even happening, and peeping at him in curiosity. She shook herself, her currently floppy crests flapping about with the movement, before she clambered out, blinked her [i]many[/i] eyes (Nahir was no expert on mirrors, but weren't they supposed to only have four?), crawled onto him and nestled herself comfortably into her feathers with a yawn.
Nahir slowly faded back into reality as the hatchling crawled onto him, and he looked down at her, finding himself hugging her close with a small smile. He wasn't expectly prepared to be a parent nor expecting to suddenly become one, but clearly the Gladekeeper had entrusted him,[/i] him [i]of all dragons with this child for one reason or another. He was honoured to have been chosen for such a blessing, and he lay his head back down, closing his eyes in contentment once more.[/i]

Just wanted to share the baby that hatched from the egg I won in the raffle since she's an honourary member of the family! A near XXX and a natural multigaze, it seems she really was a gift from the Gladekeeper herself! <3
