Bump for an update.
The ancient gene exchange has opened! That means a lot of trades and brews (mostly brews) got removed or adjusted.

I took this opportunity to go through and check [b]every single[/b] item in this guide to make sure everything was accurate. Many numbers have been adjusted, a few items have been completely removed, and the couple of things that were skipped over between this update and the last (recipes for a few apparels, a sandsurge gene, etc) have been added.
I also added a note to the first post to give people a heads up on my erratic schedule with keeping up with this guide. Hopefully my life will settle down soon and I can be better about being on time.

Also I'm currently updating page 2 of this guide to have more information. Instead of just showing how many of an item you need I'm changing it to tell you what recipe(s) it's used in and how much you need for each recipe. This will make items that are used for more than one thing less confusing. The guide might be half and half between the old format and new for a bit while I work on doing each section. At least I've fixed it so half the food wasn't missing like I had it for a while. When I'm done I might even pretty up the alignment on things a bit if I can.
