Hey, would you look at that I've got it done the day before nesting day this time! We got another upgrade this round, this time from the aberrations :D They're now neck and neck with the banescales for second place.
Gemstone Gaolers
These guys haven't moved in aaaaages. Dunno what's up with them. Do they feel upstaged now that new ancients have arrived that I like a lot? Who knows. Anyways, this round's heir is Passion Agate, who is surprisingly pretty and has faceted eyes!
Here are his brothers, Topaz and Amber! They are kinda neat looking, though Passion is absolutely the prettiest of the bunch.
Our mate is Cognac Sapphire, and she looks like a statue! I'm not the biggest fan of fans (heh) so there might be more of a chance of it passing because the gaolers like to spite me.
Here's their range! It's chaos time besties >:3c
Chicken Banescales
After their lovely 3% upgrade last round, the banes have remained relatively and expectedly static. They're so close now, I can taste it! I like this round's heir, Dragoon. I think she looks lovely in her dark colors.
Here's her two siblings Giribug and Loton! They're all right, though I much prefer Dragoon's purples.
Our mate is Nun! Yes, that's a real kind of pigeon breed. I think he looks rather angelic! I wouldn't mind if our final bane was his kid, I think it'd be rather swell.
Here's their range! It's very limited, but I think we'll wind up with some very cool babies from it.
Elemental Aberrations
And here we have this round's upgrade winner :D The lovely Thallium said "so I know you worked hard on getting that sparkle, but it does not match my aesthetic at all." And she was right! I think she looks gorgeous with her capsule :D All that's left now for the aberrations is to get that last tertiary gene upgrade, yipee!
Here are her non upgraded siblings, Mercury and Lead! I think they both went very hard on the aesthetic, much like Thallium.
This round's mate is Bismuth! He's so pretty. I like how blue he is! I think he is also very aesthetically pleasing, albeit in a different direction to Thallium.
Here's their range! It's also chaos. Don't mind the slightly wrong gene name, the generator I prefer hasn't been updated in a while. However, it looks like there's a full recode in the works to make things easier to update!
Everyone's nesting tomorrow, yay!
And that's the update! I'm hoping to get next one out relatively on time |D Finding the time and energy to sit down and do all the updates has been a little tricky. I'm still working out what I want to do for the next set of ancients once these guys are all done and I've taken a good few months worth of a break. There's going to be a lot more ancients by the time I get there. Sandsurges just out and there's going to be a third one this year! Maybe I'll do it one line at a time, and once I hit a really frustrating point with a line I throw in another one. Idk yet, I just know doing the updates for 3 lines at a time has been a huge time commitment.
