She looks like a rocky coastline. I tend to lean towards real names or made-up words that sound like names, but I do enjoy the oddball object name every once in a while. A few of note: Signet, Bushfire, Dross, Cicada, and my most beloved Juicebox <3

Definitely. Some of mine include Hymn, Patriot, Passenger, Apathy, Pilot, Thrash, Bug, Fission, Core, Broken, Charms, Asylum, Finale, Dowager, Inclement, Unyielding, and Intern.

There are also a fair amount of dragons I have named after words in other languages.

Bauble, Zephyr, Bitpop, Trance, Petrol, Jujube, Papaya, Boogie, Keeper They're not random, but my permas all have to have six-letter names, so there's definitely some weird ones in there. I have "Nutmeg" and "Budgie" as potential names to use in the future too! I just think they're cute [emoji=coatl happy size=1]

I have plenty of dragons whose names are just words, mostly in English (like Gage or Teal) or some in Gaelic (like Coimeadai and Sneachta).

There's also a few that are based on regular words but I gave them ~*fantasy spelling*~; like Val'tiner is from Valentine, or Taosua is from Taibhse

My naming progress is either visiting a dictionary website to find weird words to use (Xylotekose, Rotavator) or making use for random words I've learned before (Creatine, Suyla, Decameron..)

I don't change the name of the guys I purchase but I should. It would be funny to have a lair full of weirdos
