Technically no but in practice you can.
In the Edit mode for your Lair you'll see a purple arrow in the title box of the tab your bought/traded/hatched dragons land. There is no way to change it so empty all the dragons in it to a different tab and rename both tabs. You can move the title tabs around so they're in a different order so the incoming tab is wherever you want it in your Lair.
