Sorry, some quick responses, first:

Cerion thanks! I take a lot of pride in the dragons I can build up around a fest skin, because it feels like they're often dismissed/considered unrefined, and when I saw it on the dream scry I had of her, I fell in love. After that it was just matching color pallets, lol.
Bad luck on the outcome of our battle royale but Zipper the chaotic color bomb put up a great fight and wormed his way into my heart!

SecretSelkie Thank you very much! I really fell in love with the fest skin; I'm SUCH a sucker for glowing eyes! I knew as soon as I saw it that I had to have and use it, and I'd finally settled on a not heinous but still pretty expensive dream scry for her, but was cooling my heels a bit on the final (gem, ouch) gene, hoping for a cheap alternative to get rolled out in the meantime. The skin is what really made pulling the trigger on her tert worth it. It feels like kismet.
Goodness me, Serhan in a beaut. He's so sharp and deadly looking! But the reds and blacks and whites are so bold! He reminds me of a venomous snake, I love it! But then he has a warrior's bearing! He's like an oncoming storm of danger signals. I'm not even mad to lose!

Riivorn You pinged the wrong person, lol. That being said, thank you! The fact it was a hard decision is so flattering! I totally don't blame you for not liking f imp poses. They're pretty awkward, and they're not as generous with regards to surface area as, say, m imps, or m wcs :s! I usually trend more toward skins that mimic physical traits or decorations for the dragons, rather than landscapes, and I think at least the wings are really dynamic for trait/characteristic skins, but that's just me.
Morakkis is absolutely stunning, by the way. The bone highlights and the silvery green hue to everything? Very much my jam. The deep brown highlights add such lovely depth to him, too. I would have picked him in a heartbeat!
Alright, back to the fun!

Sidereal is stunning. Absolutely drop-dead gorgeous. The use of the skin paired with the apparel is a knockout combo. She has the look and feel of a living gemstone. I can see how she unseated Serhan; she is a flawless dragon. I'm also a huge fan of blue/gold/amber color schemes. Unfortunately, she isn't my pick in this round.
Jira hits on my love of purple/cyan combinations in all the best ways. The skin she's wearing works off her secondary so seamlessly, her apparel adds dimension and balances the rest of the colorscape, while matching perfectly. Her primary adds such a pleasant contrast, that it keeps it from being overwhelming, meanwhile her tertiary blends into and highlights the primary so perfectly that even if you don't notice it at first, you're not left wanting for a bolder tertiary gene. In short, she's magic.
I'm not sure how Cerwaithe can follow her, but she'll certainly try!
