When in doubt, Piebald is useful for removing most of the problem color. Opal is actually pretty nice with that Riopa here, and it makes me wish that Primary was a better color. Alternatively, Starmap doesn’t look too bad with this either. I’m so sorry. This is actually the first one that’s had me doubting my choices. Wanted to do something a little… bolder than I usually do, and I think it works on some level. Caterpillar and Scuttle are already made for each other, and even though it makes the Dirt more prominent, it’s not necessarily a bad thing in this look. The orange spots in the Caterpillar even match the extra eyes in Multi-gaze. You could just describe him as an Eldritch horror. I like this one cause the yellow brought out by Fade works well with that Paradise and even the golden edges in Riopa which also makes it so dark it blends with the brown of that Paradise. Just a good look that I really liked. Topcoat is a shining star in this combo. Because it provides so much coverage, it helps hide that Olive which is already mostly removed by the Piebald. And honestly, pretty much any Secondary you use will look AMAZING with that. Edged and Blend also look really nice under it. It just looks good to me. The Fern lightens up that Olive so that when Stained is applied over it, she looks more like tarnished gold and that just works for me. Tapir keeps it simple which is great when dealing with a gene like Scuttle. Saddle brought in a nice accent colors so that it matches Scuttle better while the remaining Marigold still looks good with the body. When I was originally poking at it I was also thinking about Sailfin, Something about the light saturated colors work well. Almost makes it look like the inside of the grapefruit

This combo has been a life-saver when it involves two similar colors and an odd-colored Tert. It looks nice, and green and black do look good together. If you're not opposed to a creepy-crawly style Boa, this isn't a bad look. The dark green lines of Caterpillar work nicely with Scuttle, and Hex lightens up that Pear to let it blend better with Pistachio.
