Ignore the fact the dragon is Earth. Hair in braids with gold jewelry as shown, but colors more matching the purple color of the dragon. Horns match the actual dragon's horns. Please include some aspect of the skin if you can, maybe extra eyes somewhere like the skin's style, or even just sparkles or something in the appropriate color. (Best I could do for the skin in the picrew was sparkle freckles.) I have no idea for the clothes generally, feel free to do what seems good based on the vibes of the dragon's apparel and the clothes in the picrew (emphasis on dragon's colors). Though if you include any jewelry, the two necklaces are lore relevant, so it would be cool if you could include those.
