I have only two pirates fully dressed atm, but the two of them are slowly amassing more crew.

Diva lives up to her name somewhat- she's loud and charismatic, and thrives on flashy showmanship. Her interest leans far more into the glamorous image of the pirate life than the boring, dirty minutiae of actual ship life. She has crew to handle that stuff.
