That was a fun little exercise! I ended up liking how Fern pulls out a little blue that goes nicely with the Navy secondary, and Flair both pulls out a little purple that goes well with Arcane eyes and just looks generally more sparkly and magical, fitting for a conjurer character. Points goes pretty well with the lighter colors in the secondary and blends very well into the accent you have for him, though tbh Sparkle and Firefly also look great on him and it was hard to pick lmao. Also I slapped some Uncommon eyes on him since the tint meshed a bit better than any of the others.
He looks good in his original outfit still but I did come up with a new one:

I let him keep the Conjurer's Hat because it just looks so cute on him, but I otherwise tried to make him look reasonably like a plant-themed wizard without hopefully making it too busy.
