Azalea is High Queen of the Clan of the Flowering Glen, and rules over all of the other dragons. She tries to be as fair as possible with her clanmates, and it was she who inspired Budgie, her first mate, to come here and serve with her under Lady Gladekeeper. She is both smart and compassionate, helping others to the best of her ability whenever she can. At times she has had trouble with overthinking things, and working herself up as a result, but her clanmates support her when she struggles just as much as she supports them.

Azalea takes an active role in clan life, telling the hatchlings stories, and visiting all of the members regularly to check up on their well-being. Her soft spot for flowers even inspired her to cultivate a vast garden on the forest floor, and it has further flourished under the care of the rest of the clan.
