Some however, were taken by people who wanted to help and protect what little of 4th Age may have remained, puzzling out the fastest routes that avoided the biggest storms, guiding groups of travelers seeking asylum, and guarding what safe locations there were left that hadn't been destroyed by fall or dragon talon. Many of these captains and crew came and went, and Selia was no different, falling to that blade of a bandit who'd had their sights set on the surviving ruins of Lanturnlea. But they persisted, returning as a ghost, driving away similar folk even with no flesh or bone to properly serve any purpose beyond that.
