Norkia y'know.. looking at the list of ashbounds, I don't see a specific set of color/gene requirements. I personally don't see an issue labeling the first as ashbound, but the second doesn't fit into the requirements much at all. HOWEVER, he does fit into the coaling subspecies, only missing the tert color. The rest looks fine. I think labeling them as "honorary Ashbound/Coaling" is valid, especially as the Ashbound creator is no longer on the site.
That said, Coaling's creator IS still active (@/Panicat) so you could contact them about your cute lil spiral :)

Heya! Sorry if this is weird, I haven't played this game in [checks watch] many, many years. Last time I was on there was a fire subspecies called Magma Mirrors, I had been gifted one and had the guide linked in his bio. I realized the doc that was linked no longer existed and checked this thread and saw they weren't on the list!
I suppose I'm just curious; does anyone know what happened to these guys, or if there's a new guide doc for them somewhere?

It seems their creator (Adrestes) is still active but in Light now. I got lucky that there is only one dragon with the name Jehdin on the entire site, it was my only real clue from the original thread in tracking down what the colors were! It looks like Obsidian Basic/Obsidian Basic/ Orange Range Crackle

Looks like they are a Magma variation! I was managing the Magma Dragon thread for a long time (I kinda went awol and now i'm mildly back lol) so you're more than welcome to apply them there as well!

[s]I have a volcanic behemoth bought from the ah a while back that I'm seriously thinking of changing to a cinder/blaze/contour aether when I can afford it. If anyone wants him before I do this, I can send him to you via the cr (one-way) as he's free to a good home. First offer that I think is good enough will have him (I can always check in the fodder sales until another suitably coloured dragon turns up for my aether project). If no one wants him, he'll be going moth![/s] Done, he's a moth now & waiting for the rest of his genes.
