Is anyone allowed to breed a subspecies, or is it only the people who made it?

@tuxedocatatonic If the subspecies is an official fire flight subspecies, one of the terms of agreement is that ANYONE is allowed to breed it-- no restrictions.

So yes, all the subspecies listed here should be able to be bred.

Is there any sort of registration required before I advertise hatchlings as belonging to a Fire subspecies?

I have a pair of Rekindled (and an extra female who sometimes hatches them.) I bred your dragon Sparkflint. I'm in Earth, and mostly breed Earth subspecies, so I just want to make sure keeping up with the etiquette.

Is there a specific criteria for Ashbound dragons? I have a couple of dragons that I'm curious about whether they would qualify despite initially just being fodder I took in because I like their smoke/soot aesthetic.
