I don't know them and it might come off as a little creepy, but I think their username is distinct enough that the results you get when googling it might all be their accounts. Maybe there's one somewhere that you could use to contact them?

Jeez is this something you can report to mods? It feels potentially scammy? But I don't know anything about this person so I'd really appreciate someone with more know how stepping in

I'm sorry but I think you're out of luck.

Their account is locked. Even if you contacted them off site, they would not be able to access the account and staff won't return the dragon to you because of site policy.
